The scope of our expertise in real estate transactions includes the acquisition, subdivision, rezoning and development of commercial parcels in developed areas; the purchase of existing facilities for our clients’ expanding business needs; the sale or purchase of undeveloped farmland; and the purchase of income-producing property for investors.

We advise our clients concerning the tax ramifications of the various types of real estate transactions and are well versed in the use of tax-deferred real estate exchanges. We also have expertise in developing pragmatic and efficient solutions to resolve the various environmental, zoning, title and financing issues which frequently arise in real estate transactions.

In addition to the sale and purchase of real estate, our practice includes the representation of landlords and tenants in the negotiation and documentation of retail, office and industrial leases. We also represent borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and documentation of loans for the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.
